Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Social Protection if she or officials from her Department have engaged in any form of communication with the World Economic Forum or representatives of the World Economic Forum including by phone call, webinar, email or any event organised by the World Economic Forum from 1 January 2019 to date; if so, the details of same; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Based on a review of records available, I can confirm that neither I nor my immediate predecessor, nor officials from my Department, have engaged in any form of communication with representatives of the World Economic Forum, or attended any event organised by the World Economic Forum, during the period in question.
