Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Justice if she or officials from her Department have engaged in any form of communication with the World Economic Forum or representatives of the World Economic Forum including by phone call, webinar, email or any event organised by the World Economic Forum from 1 January 2019 to date; if so, the details of same; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I can inform the Deputy that I received a meeting request from a representative of the World Economic Forum in November 2021. As the request was received at short notice, a meeting did not take place.

Neither I nor officials from my Department have engaged in any other communication with the World Economic Forum or representatives of the World Economic Forum in the timeframe specified.
