Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the average waiting time for Tusla fit for purpose inspections; the number of inspections that are being carried out per week; the number of facilities that are waiting to be inspected and if there is any information in the Department regarding the impact on opening dates of new early childhood education facilities and creche’s being caused by waiting for inspections.
