Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health the ratio of clinical staff to managerial staff whole-time equivalents factoring in clinical staff time spent on managerial responsibilities across service divisions of the HSE for January in each of the years 2016 to 2022, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
