The Civil Service Management Board (CSMB) was established to bring together all Heads of Departments and major Offices into a cohesive whole-of-Government executive management team and is chaired by the Secretary General to the Government.
It meets collectively for strategic discussions on the shared issues and challenges that are common across all Government Departments and Offices
The Board has been assigned collective responsibility for implementing the Civil Service Renewal Plan.
