Deputy Jennifer Whitmore asked the Minister for Transport the process for a person to obtain a driver certificate of professional competence for a category D driving licence; the current waiting time for the issuing of the CPC card; the number of drivers awaiting the document by county; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
