Minister of State at the Department of Health

The Department of Health has responsibility for developing and overseeing implementation of policy in relation to mental health, including the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). The Health Service Executive (HSE) has responsibility for CAMHS from an operational point of view.
