Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a number of staff employed by a section 38 organisation (details supplied) who were deemed eligible and received the pandemic recognition payment have now been advised they are not eligible and are liable for overpayments despite working in an environment that warranted their inclusion in sequence group 1 and 2 of the vaccination programme and being in direct contact with patients; if this is correct; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
