The ICOB registration process was a self-declaration process whereby a business supplied information in order to register for the ICOB scheme. The second ICOB grant was for businesses in the retail, hospitality and beauty sectors.

In order to be eligible for the Power Up grant, a business in the hospitality, retail and beauty sectors must have received the second ICOB grant.

If a business did not receive a second ICOB grant payment then they are not eligible to receive the power up grant.

The ICOB scheme is now closed and it is not possible to reopen that scheme to reclassify a business.
