32. Deputy Cormac Devlin asked the Minister for Transport to detail any EU legislation required to be transposed into Irish law and awaiting referral to an Oireachtas committee from his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10226/25]

My Department does not currently have any EU legislative proposals requiring transposition which are awaiting referral to a Joint Oireachtas Committee.
