My Department contracts cleaning and security services for its head office in Trinity Point, Dublin 2. There are three relevant contracts currently in place, as detailed in the table below. As lead tenant of the building my Department manages one contract for the cleaning of common areas and another contract for reception/security services for the building as a whole. In addition there is one cleaning contract for the Departments own office space within the building.
