Deputy James Geoghegan asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science if his Department has full access and use of a software programme (details supplied); if not, the alternative provider being used and the version of that provider; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that my Department has full access and use of the software referred to by the Deputy (version 25094.310.3616.953). The full product is deployed apart from Telephony, where a conventional telephone system is still being used instead.
