Bill Digests are briefing papers on proposed Government legislation. Produced by the Oireachtas Library & Research Service (L&RS), they are published on Oireachtas.ie before Second Stage.
To quickly find the Bill Digest for a Bill, visit the Bills & Acts section and search for your Bill. If a Bill Digest has been published, you will find it in the Related documents tab, along with the Explanatory Memorandum.
