The Houses of the Oireachtas will run three TY (transition year) experience weeks during the school year 2021-2022. Schools are invited to nominate one student to apply.
The closing date for applications is 5pm on Friday, 8 October. We will accept 25 students on each week and successful applicants will be notified by 22 October.
The dates of the TY experience weeks will be:
- 8-12 November (online)
- 7-11 March (through Irish)
- 4-8 April
We hope to run the second and third weeks in Leinster House, however this will be subject to Covid-19 restrictions.
