See Leinster House in a different light on Culture Night

Leinster House is the seat of the two Houses of the Oireachtas, Ireland’s national Parliament, comprising Dáil Éireann and Seanad Éireann. It was built in the mid 18th century by the Earl of Kildare, James Fitzgerald.

The Irish State bought Leinster House in 1924 to house the nascent State’s Dáil and Seanad and today Leinster House forms the centre of a complex of buildings accommodating the business of parliament, public representatives and staff.
