The Houses of the Oireachtas Service has published its Gender Pay Gap Report for 2025 in line with legislative requirements.
The Service has chosen 30 June as its annual snapshot date. The mean gender pay gap for the Service for the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 is 0.23%, and the median figure for the same period is -3.1%.
Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 regulations require organisations to report on the hourly gender pay gap in their organisation across a range of metrics. The Houses of the Oireachtas Service has published gender pay gap reports in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
This report sets out the gender pay gap measures for the Houses of the Oireachtas Service for 2025.
