The gates of Leinster House will be opened to welcome in 1,500 members of the public for an evening of culture and entertainment in the historic surroundings of the Irish Parliament, tomorrow (Friday), 23rd September from 5.00 pm to 11.00 pm.
Visitors will be given guided tours where they can visit the Dáil and Seanad Chambers and explore the historic corridors of Leinster House. There will also be musical entertainment provided by the renowned “Ireland Unlimited” in the Leinster House 2000 building, adjacent to Leinster House.
The Houses of the Oireachtas are once again delighted to participate in this nationwide event. This year Leinster House will be one of 156 venues across the city taking part in Culture Night. Since mid-August 1,500 members of the public have visited the Oireachtas website www.oireachtas.ie to reserve their tickets and this event is now fully booked.
