Justice & Equality Committee to discuss motion and Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) (Amendment) Bill 2018

The Committee on Justice and Equality will discuss a motion on opt-in pursuant to Protocol 21 re use of financial information in crime prevention on Wednesday, 20 June.

The meeting will take place at 9am in Committee Room 2, Leinster House.

Following this discussion, the Committee will undertake Committee Stage consideration of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) (Amendment) Bill 2018.

This hearing will start at 9.30am in Committee Room 2.

Minister for Justice and Equality Charlie Flanagan TD will attend the meeting.
