PAC to discuss Transactions with EU and management of alleged State aid funds recovered from Apple

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) will meet tomorrow with Officials from Department of Finance.

The meeting will examine Appropriation Accounts 2017,Vote 7: Minister for Finance, the Finance Accounts 2017 and the following items from the C&AG.

C&AG Report 2017
Chapter 1: Exchequer Financial Outturn for 2017
Chapter 2: Collection of Pension Contributions due to the Exchequer
Chapter 3: Control of funding for voted public services
Chapter 22: Irish Fiscal Advisory Council
C&AG Special Report 105 on Ireland's Transactions with the EU in 2017

Chairman of the PAC, Seán Fleming TD, said: “The Committee will consider a number of matters tomorrow including  the Gross National Debt and debt servicing costs between 2011 and 2017, the funding provided to Irish Water, and details of the arrangements for the collection and management of the alleged State aid funds recovered from Apple.”
