Joint Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform and Taoiseach to discuss review of National Development Plan with Minister Michael McGrath

The Joint Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform and Taoiseach will meet tomorrow, Wednesday, 24 November, with the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Michael McGrath TD, for an update on the review of the National Development Plan.

Speaking ahead of the meeting at 1.30pm in Committee Room 3 of Leinster House, Committee Cathaoirleach Deputy John McGuinness said: “The Committee welcomes this opportunity to discuss with Minister McGrath the revised National Development Plan published last month, in particular the increased levels of proposed spending and the lack of detail around timelines and costings for major infrastructure projects.”

The Joint Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform and Taoiseach has 13 Members, nine from the Dáil and four from the Seanad.
