Committees on Agriculture and Climate Action to resume discussions exploring technologies and opportunities to reduce emissions in agriculture sector

The Joint Committees on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, and Environment and Climate Action will resume discussions with stakeholders tomorrow, Thursday, 31 March, on exploring technologies and opportunities that may exist in the effort to reduce emissions in the agriculture sector.

The meeting at 1.30pm in Committee Room 3 of Leinster House will hear from representatives from Dolan Industries and Devinish.

The Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, chaired by Deputy Jackie Cahill, and the Joint Committee on Environment and Climate Action, chaired by Deputy Brian Leddin, each have 14 Members, nine from the Dáil and five from the Seanad.

The meeting in Committee Room 2 can be viewed live on Oireachtas TV.
