The Joint Committee on Health will meet tomorrow, Wednesday, 28 September to discuss Sláintecare with officials from the Department of Health and the HSE at 9:45am in Committee Room 2 of Leinster House.
Speaking ahead of the meeting, Cathaoirleach Sean Crowe TD said “the Committee looks forward to meeting again with the Secretary General of the Department of Health and the CEO of the HSE to discuss the implementation of Sláintecare reform. We will look to get updates on progress in relation to Regional Health Areas, Integrated Care and planning for recruitment and retention of staff.”
