The Joint Committee on Further & Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science chaired by Committee Cathaoirleach Deputy Erin McGreehan meets tomorrow, Wednesday 11th June at 12:30pm for a discussion on Policy Priorities with Minister James Lawless TD in Committee Room 4 of Leinster House.
Speaking ahead of the meeting Committee Cathaoirleach Deputy Erin McGreehan said: “Our Committee welcomes this early opportunity to engage with Minister James Lawless tomorrow. We hope it will be the first in a series of meetings with the Minister and thank him for making time in his schedule to attend.
“We will look to the Minister to detail the Department’s Policy plans and strategies for the short and medium term and will welcome his perspectives on the challenges that the sector faces.”
The Joint Committee on Further & Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science has 14 Members, nine from the Dáil and five from the Seanad.
