    17 May 2006 - I was not in the House when the original Dublin Institute of Technology Bill was debated....I remember when the Bill was originally drafted....That danger exists within the HEA. My principal experience is through the DIT....I strongly support the Bill, with the caveat that the HEA is not just a cosy club....I strongly commend the Minister's initiative in bringing this Bill forward.
