I welcome the opportunity to speak on this Bill and while I welcome that it is mostly technical in nature...Union, Sinn Féin will examine the Bill closely to ensure that it will serve to reinforce justice on...I hope this Bill has the capacity to rectify this position, as recommended in the Council decision....Moreover, there are serious questions to be asked regarding Europol in this area....Unfortunately, this Bill will not address how Europol actually operates.
