    9 May 2001 - business person is concerned about any of the services being offered they can get in touch with the Valuation...The most modern and up to date technology in the world will be used in this valuation process....The point made by Senator Cox about IT, the website, etc., is not an issue for the Bill but I am sure...I know the Valuation Office is very keen to be as open and transparent as possible and to get out the...For the first time the Bill specifically clarifies properties which are rateable.
