Given these are the sections which will determine what the LDA will pay for lands it is acquiring from...price so that the local authority does not lose out if it is transferring land but neither does the LDA...rental units over a period because that concretely affects the land value, particularly because the LDA...be a land value calculation for each segment of that housing and the accumulated cost of that to the LDA...The LDA will deliver affordable homes to buy and rent.

As for where we are with the LDA, we do not have a legal document setting out in detail what the constraint...The LDA is receptive to that and has not raised any objections of which I am aware.

While many of us are supportive of the Land Development Agency, LDA, as a strategic land management agency...If the LDA develops along the lines of its initial proposal, I fear that local authorities will be reduced...We discussed with the LDA whether the exact breakdown of the tenure mix in a joint venture was determined...A number of witnesses mentioned working with the LDA....If it is the council that has the land, how will that situation work when the LDA approaches it?

Was the LDA open to dealing with her as a local authority member?...Was the LDA consultative? How did it deal with residents?...I am concerned about how the LDA is currently constituted. It is there for the delivery of houses.
