At the very outset, there is one thing I do not understand about this Bill if it is to be a codified...As has been said about the Trade Marks Bill, this is essentially a Committee Bill....Copyright is not alone a very precise portion of our law but is also extremely delicate....that you proceed on copyright action in the manner of damages in the High Court only....I need refer to further on this Stage because, as the Minister intimated, this is a Committee Stage Bill
