I feel deeply that we need to modernise our national monuments legislation if we are to protect our heritage...Section 3 is an important one which deals with the protection of various wrecks off our coast....That most respected body have said they want protection for our wrecks....Yet, we have no power at the moment to give such protection....who find objects of importance to lodge them with the National Museum when they have finished their research

I welcome this Bill which is necessary and overdue....Everything must be done by the laws of the land to protect the vulnerable in society....While the Minister of State outlined the details of the Bill she must also be aware how difficult it...They are worried about the legal protection they may have if they take that route....All the research on paedophiles shows them to be extremely manipulative and clever.

The Children (Care and Protection) Bill, 1985, introduced by the Coalition Government, although flawed...This Bill is quite different in many respects from the Coalition's Bill....Even with the qualifications that the ESRI researchers make about how the exact levels vary depending...However, it is regrettable that this Bill, and the 1985 Bill, totally ignored one of the key recommendations...The provisions of the Bill represent a watering down of the provisions in the previous 1985 Bill.

Quinn I welcome the Minister of State to the House and the Bill....That model is based on the idea that they recoup the vast costs of research and development from what...Generics come into the picture when the patent protection expires, which to the best of my knowledge...They do not have to carry the burden of recouping the research costs and therefore the prices they are...In most cases it is the taxpayer who ends up paying the bill.
