We have progressive improvements in employment in many sectors....If improved conditions are necessary and the employer wishes to provide them the threat of the sheriff...continued implementing by the banks ... of any amendments ... or more favourable terms or conditions of employment...variations agreed to by, or on behalf of, these banks and these employees on or before the 23rd day of June, 1976...We are not able to refer to sections in the Bill.
