    10 Nov 2021 - Looking at the figures in the Pensions Commission's report and its annexes, if the pension age is changed...Paying for the State pension will cost 2.5 times as much by 2050 as it does now....If we increase the pension age, thereby shrinking the amount of pension that people get, we will still...have to pay twice as much as we do now to fund the pension....We can slightly lower the cost by raising the pension age, unless we raise it radically.
