A further issue of £51,615,593, provided for in the first section of this year's Appropriation Bill,...will make available for the services of the year the total amount asked for in the 1950-51 Estimates....There are also included the Supplementary Estimates voted by the Dáil since 31st March, 1950....In the second respect, the point of appropriation, this Bill is designed to give final and statutory...appropriates it.
