    30 Jul 2020 - I am certainly not here to tear down the Financial Provisions (Covid-19) (No. 2) Bill 2020....Section 8 amends the help to buy scheme, but it applies to only new homes....I would like that to apply to second-hand homes. That is my only criticism of this Bill....People might want to buy a second-hand home rather than a new one.
