Breithníonn an coiste speisialta seo na caibidlíochtaí maidir le tarraingt siar na Ríochta Aontaithe as an Aontas Eorpach agus ar chur i bhfeidhm na moltaí a rinne coistí speisialta roimhe sin (leis an ainm céanna) a bhreithnigh na himpleachtaí a bheadh ag tarraingt siar na Ríochta Aontaithe d’Éirinn. Áirítear obair an dá choiste speisialta ar na leathanaigh seo ar mhaithe le cúrsaí tagartha.
