PLS Scrutiny of the Revised General Scheme of the Finance (Tax Appeals and Fiscal Responsibility) Bill 2024
This Bill introduces OECD‑recommended budgetary reforms for the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council and formalises the new grade structure for Tax Appeal Commissioners, requiring amendments to the Fiscal Responsibility Act 2012 and to existing tax appeals legislation.
