QUESTIONS TO MINISTERS - COURTS OF PUBLIC ARBITRATION.
SEAN O'MAHONY (S. Fermanagh): "Will the Minister for Home Affairs inform the House if it is the intention of the Government to establish Public Arbitration Courts and a Supreme Court of Appeal to decide matters of litigation, and, if so, when?"
The HOME SECRETARY replied that a Committee had been set up by the previous Ministry to deal with this question and that a report would be submitted later.
