NON-MINISTERIAL MOTIONS. - MOTION DEFERRED.
The following motion stood in the name of J.J. WALSH (Cork City):
"That a Committee be set up to draft a Constitution suitable to the democratic needs of this country."
Alderman T. KELLY (St. Stephen's Green) moved, and LIAM DE ROISTE (Cork City) seconded:—
"That the consideration of this question be deferred until such time as the Member in whose name the question had been tabled (Mr. WALSH, Cork City) was present."
