DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, NATIONAL LAND COMMISSION. - Appointment of Officers.
6. The Land Commission may, from time to time, with the consent of the Minister of Agriculture, appoint and remove a Registrar and a Secretary, and such officers, clerks, or employees as it deems necessary for the purpose of this Decree.
It may also, with such consent as aforesaid, employ such valuers, assessors, and other persons as it may think fit for the purpose of carrying into effect any of the provisions of this Decree.
