DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, NATIONAL LAND COMMISSION. - Power to Make Rules for Carrying Decree into Effect.

10. The Land Commission may, from time to time, make and, when made, rescind, amend or add to rules with respect to the following matters or any of them—
(a) The proceedings relating to the acquisition of land.
(b) The proceedings in appeals under this Decree.
(c) The proceedings on the occasion of transfer of cases from District Courts to the Land Commission under this Decree.
(d) The qualifications and tenure of office of Assistant Commissioners.
(e) The forms to be used for the purposes of this Decree.
(f) The scale of costs and fees to be charged in carrying this Decree into effect, subject nevertheless to the sanction of the Minister of Finance as to the amount of fees to be charged.
(g) The attendance and discharge of duties by the officers of the District Courts before the Land Commission and Sub-Commissions when holding sittings under this Decree.
(h) The publication of notices to persons interested and any other matter by this Decree directed to be prescribed.
(i) As to any other matter or thing whether similar or not to those above-mentioned in respect of which it may seem to the Land Commission expedient to make rules for the purpose of carrying this Decree into effect. Any rules made in pursuance of this section shall be laid before the Ministry of An Dáil within two weeks after they are made.
