DECREES - INCREASE OF RENT.
The MINISTER FOR HOME AFFAIRS then introduced the second Decree dealing with "Increase of Rent." It was based on the English Act of Parliament which was the result of the consideration of a Commission for months.
The ACTING SPEAKER ruled that as the matter was contentious it should not be further proceeded with at this stage. The Decree was withdrawn.
