I would like to draw attention to the vote on the Franchise question; Deputy Shanahan had to go away. I believe you have him down as voting against.

May I ask as to what means you will take in view of a Deputy not speaking distinctly to see that the votes are recorded accurately? It is a most unfair thing to Deputy Shanahan. He was distinctly heard by men around him voting in favour of it and he is recorded as voting against.
