read Article 15: "Every citizen who has reached the age of 21 years, and who is not placed under disability or incapacity by the Constitution or by law, shall be eligible to become a Member of the Chamber of Deputies/Dáil Eireann." I do not think there is any amendment down to that Article. I formally move that it stand part of the Constitution.

Before that is agreed to, some mistake has occurred for which I accept responsibility, as I am perfectly sure the Minister or his staff are incapable of committing a mistake. Amendment to Article 16 in my name should be to Article 15, and, therefore, I suggest that as time is short, although I am quite ready to go into it, that we might adjourn. My amendment to Article 16 should be to Article 15.
