To ask the Minister for Finance whether particulars of the claim of the Mallow Urban Council for losses occasioned by the destruction of the Town Hall, Mallow, on September 30th, 1920, by Black and Tans, have been submitted to the Shaw Commission; whether any award has yet been made, and if not, how soon may compensation be expected, so as to enable the work of reconstruction to begin.
