To ask the Minister for Defence whether he can give to this Dáil an assurance that it is not the policy of the Ministry to deport any prisoners, civil or military, to St. Helena, or to any other place outside the jurisdiction, where the services of the British Navy or the British Army would be required to prevent their rescue?
