Vol. 2 No. 25

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. - CYCLE AGENT'S CLAIM.

SEAN O LAIDHIN

To ask the Minister for Defence whether he is aware that Mr. Doran, Cycle Agent, Longford, has supplied bicycles to the Army; that he has repaired rifles, as well as bicycles for the Army, and that his account—furnished and certified correct on at least ten occasions—has not yet been paid. Further, if he is aware that Mr. Doran attended at Portobello Barracks for payment; and if, in view of the fact that he is solely dependent on this business for his livelihood, the Minister would expedite payment of this account.

I am aware that Mr. Doran has furnished an account for the items mentioned. Its consideration will be expedited.
