Go bhfuil sé oiriúnach a udarú go n-íocfar, as airgead a sholáthríonn an t-Oireachtas, pé costaisí a cuirfear suas fé aon Acht den tSiosón so chun liúntaisí d'íoc le Baill an Oireachtais agus chun saorthaisteal áirithe do sholáthar do sna Baill sin.
That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas, of the expenses to be incurred under any Act of the present Session for the payment of allowances to Members of the Oireachtas and for the provision of certain free travelling facilities for such Members.
