I desire to draw attention to this statement that appears in to-day's newspapers with regard to the debate of yesterday. The paper states that I agreed to the suggestion from the Minister for Agriculture that arrears and costs were to date from yesterday. What I did agree to was that the question of arrears was to date from the introduction of the Bill, and the question of costs from yesterday. I think the Dáil and the Minister will agree that that is so.
