In the absence of the Minister for Home Affairs, I ask the leave of the Dáil to have the Intoxicating Liquor Bill introduced, printed and circulated. It deals with the hours at which intoxicating liquors can be sold and bought, it has certain provisions relating to the poteen business, and it provides for certain restrictions upon the sale of methylated spirits.
