Progress was reported in Committee yesterday on the Ministers and Secretaries Bill. It, therefore, arises to-day before we take up the business on the Order Paper, I presume?

I would be prepared to give away to Number 3 on the Order Paper, the Local Authorities. Indemnity Bill, as I understand from the Minister in charge of that measure that it is urgent.
