Vol. 6 No. 32

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - WOUNDED MAN'S COMPENSATION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will have the claim of Andrew Delaney, 46, Mountpelier Hill, re-considered; if he is aware that this man was wounded in the right leg on 2nd July, 1922, and that for twelve months was unemployed and on crutches; if he is aware that the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee have awarded the sum of £20, out of which he has to pay legal and other expenses incurred owing to the accident.

I am having enquiries made into the facts of this case.
